Orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 4 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your label is created (please note tracking will not be available immediately upon receiving tracking).

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

If your item arrived damaged please contact me within 14 days of receiving. The product must be returned unused, in original packaging and the return must be approved through email.

A replacement item will be shipped out. I am not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so please keep tracking information.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for all items except: Apparel, Prints & Originals.

  • Customer is responsible for the shipping charge of the new item as well as the shipping charge for the returned item.

  • Exchanged items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

  • Exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use

  • You'll receive your exchange once I receive and inspect your return
     

All sales are final for international customers.
