DO YOU SHIPP INTERNATIONALY?

Yes! I offer shipping for international orders. Add your items to the cart and input your shipping address in the checkout process for a shipping quote. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. 

SHIPPING TIMES - BRAZIL

SHIPPING TIMES - INTERNATIONALY

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 4 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your label is created (please note tracking will not be available immediately upon receiving tracking). 

Once your order has been processed, the estimated transit time is 10-15 business days from date shipped for international orders. 

Please Note: Shipping times are not guaranteed, rather they are estimates provided by the courier and may be subject to unanticipated transit and customs delays wich Alphachanneling can not anticipate or expedite.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

If your item arrived damaged please contact me within 14 days of receiving. The product must be returned unused, in original packaging and the return must be approved through email.

A replacement item will be shipped out. I am not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so please keep tracking information.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for all items except: Apparel, Prints & Originals.

  • Customer is responsible for the shipping charge of the new item as well as the shipping charge for the returned item.

  • Exchanged items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

  • Exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use

  • You'll receive your exchange once I receive and inspect your return
     

All sales are final for international customers.
